I offer hourly consulting or package pricing depending on your needs and on your spaces. My goal is to make your home more attractive to the online buyers beginning their search, as well as in person potential buyers. Sometimes it’s a matter of moving pieces to other areas, removing items altogether from spaces, or staging with some accent pieces.
IF YOUR LIFE IS IN TRANSITION
If you are separated, divorced, widowed, or an empty nester, this may be the perfect time and desire for you to change things up in your home. A simple refresh, declutter or overhaul may be in order. I bring my 30 years of life coaching practice and integrate this with my design skills to help you holistically addressing the mind, body, and spirit while creating spaces within your home that bring harmony, peace, and inspiration to your new phase in life. Hourly or package rates available.
IF YOU ARE REDESIGNING YOUR CURRENT SPACE, BUYING OR RENTING A NEW SPACE
Whether this is residential or commercial, I can work with you and your budget to select items for your current or new place- interiors and exteriors: lighting, fixtures, furniture, art, accessories, drapery and more. I am to my core a hunter and a shopper. I can generally find anything within your price point to create the look and feel you desire.
ACCESSORIES FOR RENT
I offer small staging pieces, including artwork, rugs, vases, side tables, chairs for rent while your home is on the market.
